{"id":1880,"date":"2023-07-20T15:42:30","date_gmt":"2023-07-20T18:42:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/personaljerarquico.com.ar\/?p=1880"},"modified":"2023-07-20T15:42:51","modified_gmt":"2023-07-20T18:42:51","slug":"acuerdos-con-la-operadora-pluspetrol-s-a","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/personaljerarquico.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/07\/20\/acuerdos-con-la-operadora-pluspetrol-s-a\/","title":{"rendered":"Acuerdos Con La Operadora Pluspetrol S.A."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Sindicato del Personal Jer\u00e1rquico y Profesional del Petr\u00f3leo y Gas Privado, Qu\u00edmico y Energ\u00edas Renovables de Cuyo y La Rioja lleg\u00f3 a una serie de acuerdos con la operadora Pluspetrol S.A. tras realizar un paro total de actividades en el yacimiento El Corcobo de Malarg\u00fce, durante 24 horas desde el domingo hasta el lunes, en reclamo por graves incumplimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida de fuerza se suspendi\u00f3 de forma provisoria y con la puesta en marcha de la actividad nuevamente, este mi\u00e9rcoles se reunieron miembros sindicales y representantes de la empresa, durante varias horas para obtener respuestas concretas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Pluspetrol expuso el plan de inversiones m\u00e1s adecuado al estado de madurez del yacimiento y acorde a la mejor estrategia de explotaci\u00f3n de los recursos. El Plan de inversiones del 2024 ser\u00e1 elaborado durante el segundo semestre del 2023 y presentado a las autoridades provinciales seg\u00fan la normativa y se har\u00e1 llegar una copia al gremio, anunciaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n la empresa se comprometi\u00f3 a reconocer a su personal que se desempe\u00f1a en el yacimiento, encuadrado dentro del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo, un ajuste retroactivo a noviembre 2022. De este porcentaje mencionado, Pluspetrol ya reconoci\u00f3 una parte en febrero de 2023 y qued\u00f3 adeudando el porcentaje que estar\u00e1 aplicando en la pr\u00f3xima
